our values
To be welcoming to all children aged 3 years and above irrespective of ability and experience level.
To ensure children are placed at the centre of each session by encouraging them to assist with decision making; guaranteeing their enjoyment, safety and welfare.
To encourage gymnasts to develop physical, mental and social capabilities within each session.
To ensure gymnasts demonstrate progress in each session by inspiring them to achieve a variety of desired outcomes.
Provide a variety of fun, engaging drills and progressions; utilising different coaching strategies to enthuse participants.
To ensure all coaches are trained to an appropriate standard and hold current DBS certificates, a child protection and safeguarding qualification.
class structure
Classes will start with a group warm up, which will be age appropriate and prepare the gymnasts physically for their session. The children will then be split into smaller groups with their own personal coach and rotate around a number of apparatus stations some of which may include; the matted floor, vault, beam, trampette, bar and air mat. During this time they will work on numerous skills and progressions centred around the gymnasts working towards achieving our club badge scheme. Classes will finish the presentation of stickers, badges and certificates.
